The team

Hyack Contracting is co-owned and operated by Jake and Jameison. Both born and raised in New Westminster, We have a particular interest for heritage homes and restoring and maintaining heritage buildings in our hometown.

The work

Hyack Contracting provides project management, comprehensive home remodeling, house lifting, custom wood-work, and exterior restoration. We specialize in restoring historical homes throughout Queen’s Park. We have taken on a number of Heritage Revitalization Agreement Projects (HRA’s). We work with homeowners, the city, and heritage consultants to maintain the heritage look and feel of homes, while bringing buildings up to code and 21st century living.

Hyack Contracting received the 2019 Heritage Conservation Award of Recognition for the Corner Store at 720 2nd Street.
